Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account data:your name, email, and avatar from Slack when you sign in, and your workspace's name.
  • Conversations with Henry: messages where you mention @Henry or DM it, so Henry can maintain context and improve its answers for your team.
  • Channel content you allow:when Henry is invited to a channel, it reads history and follows along to learn your team's context. Turn this off per channel with /henry capture off, or delete what it learned with /henry capture purge.
  • Usage data: token counts and costs per request, to meter credits.

What we never store

  • Third-party OAuth tokens for your integrations — those are held by Pipedream, our connection provider. We store only connection metadata.
  • Detected secrets (API keys, tokens) in channel content are redacted before storage.

How data is used

Your data powers Henry for your workspace only — it is never shared with other customers or used to train foundation models. Messages are processed by Anthropic (Claude) to generate responses and by Voyage AI to create search embeddings, under agreements that prohibit training on your data.

Data isolation and security

All data is scoped to your workspace and enforced at the database layer. Private memories are visible only to the user they belong to. Slack bot tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). All traffic is TLS.

Deletion

Disconnect Henry from Slack at any time; workspace data is deleted on request. Per-channel learned content can be purged instantly with /henry capture purge. Contact us for full account deletion.
