Henry isn't responding in a channel — make sure Henry has been invited (/invite @Henry) and that your admin hasn't restricted access under Settings → Permissions.
Out of credits— an admin can upgrade under Settings → Billing & credits.
Stop Henry reading a channel — /henry capture off in that channel; /henry capture purge deletes what it learned there.
An integration stopped working — reconnect it from the Integrations page; connections occasionally need re-auth.
