The service

Henry is an AI assistant that operates inside your Slack workspace and a companion web dashboard. By installing Henry you agree to these terms on behalf of your workspace.

Plans and credits

New workspaces receive a free trial with a fixed credit allowance. Paid plans renew monthly and include a monthly credit grant. Credits are consumed by Henry's work and do not roll over. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Henry to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Don't attempt to extract other customers' data or probe the service's security.
• You are responsible for the actions Henry takes on your connected tools when you confirm them.

AI outputs

Henry's responses are generated by AI and can be wrong. Review consequential outputs before relying on them; confirmation prompts exist precisely so a human approves actions that matter.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without warranties. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
